Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you open up the printer where you put the ink in.
Check for any foreign objects eg: Paperclips, Pen, jammed paper.
Tell me if you see anything please.
ok, close it up, remove the paper and shake the print ass hard as you can to try to get the gear wheels aligned again.
Then connect the power and tell me if it now prints please.
It is the internal gear assembly that has faulted, this now confirms it
