Just to confirm, you moved the stick to a different TV and also on this other TV it would not work?

It is the internal board on the stick that has faulted. It can be the TV port but this rules it out
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the stick to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
