Workforce printer, just over a year old, appears all ok -

Resolved Question:

workforce printer, just over a year old, appears all ok - inks etc - but when sending docs to print I get message 'printer in error conditioin'. I cant find out what is wrong with it, it will copy ok.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Are you on a windows or mac computer and which version?

I have 2 laptops, both on windows 10
the printer has worked well since I bought it, I cant understand what has changed it!
I have to go out now, is it ok to come back to this later or is there a time limit?

ok, disconnect the power to your wifi router and the printer then power of the computes.

Wait 5 minutes

power on the wifi router and wait 5 minutes

Power on the printer, then the computer and tell me if it now works please.
