Could you try the following. Do you know the WPA key for the sky router?
1. Using the remote, press HOME, then select > Settings > Network Setup
2. Select “Wireless Set-up”3. Select “Scan” in the “Wireless Network” screen4. After a few moments, you will see a list of wireless networks5. Navigate to, and select, your home network. Refer to your wireless router manual if you do not know the name of your network.6. Enter your security key when prompted, using the remote and onscreen keyboard. If you do not know your security key, refer to your wireless router manual.7. Select “Auto” in the “IP Address Proxy Server” screen.8. Conﬁrm settings by pressing the right arrow key, and then select “Save & Connect.”9. After connection is successful, press “OK”
Are you able to connect the tv to the internet using a cable? I would like to see if the firmware in the tv is up to date. It could be the tv firmware is not the latest and that is why the tv is not finding any networks.
Could you send me the full model number it should start with KD
Do you have a USB memory stick? I would like to talk you through updating the firmware in the tv but you will need a computer and a memory stick.

Are you using windows? If you are the file should be in your downloaded files

If you double click the file windows should offer to unzip it for you
sorry for the delay if 7 zip can extract the files that would be great. check where it will extract too
It should be ok with other things on the stick. ideally a clean stick would be best
Once the tv has updated could you try this again
