Model UE48Ju7500 .Purchased feb 2016. Works fine on Ch 1&2

model UE48Ju7500 .Purchased feb 2016.
Works fine on Ch 1&2 BBC but ITV Ch3 no picture sound OK.
Same problem several other chanels some OK some sound only
Records ITV on to Samsung hard disc and replays OK
HDMI input from DVD player and BT vision box ,same problem ,no picture but sound OK

- Have you tried to unplug TV, DVD and Sky box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot that may take several minutes and check?
