We have two Panasonic DVD and Blu Ray machines both linked

Resolved Question:

Good morning, we have two Panasonic DVD and Blu Ray machines both linked to a
Sony Bravia TV. In the last two weeks when playing programmes from the DVD and Blu Ray we have a banner appearing across the top of the TV screen when display the HDMI logo and either Recorder 1 or Recorder 2 which every machine we are using. This would disappear after a few second but now it just stays there, we cannot get rid of it so people are viewed with covered heads and faces. Most annoying.
Can you help please ?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Hello Richard, does the TC+V have to be switched on and playing and then unplug whist switched on ?

No, it is best to also disconnect the power to this as well please.

Please go on the TV to Settings, Setup, All Reset

Once done, setup the TV again and tell me if it now functions correctly please.
