I am trying to get my printer to setup. It is a refurbished unit since my first one broke down after a couple of months! it is a refurbished unit and the setup to wifi stops when it asks me for a password, code is W26P048744. PLEASE HELP.

Can you please remove the power to your wifi router and printer and wait 5 minutes.

Then connect the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes

Then connect the power to the printer and tell me if it then connects please.
