Customer Question

I have a Samsung s5. My son has managed to lock me out of it. I normally access the phone by using/drawing an unlock pattern. I have download onto a memory card all my photos. How do I access the phone now to access my contacts/telephone numbers without erasing everything?

Hi there,

The only way to gain access to the phone if the password ***** pattern is forgotten is to reset it, which will erase everything on it.

If your contacts, etc are backed up, e.g. to the Cloud, then you can restore them from a recent backup.
