I'm sorry about the issue. Does it say offline?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

On your printer, can you go to setup / network / wireless setup wizard?

Can you try this: Disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem/router device(s) for a couple of minutes, then reconnect

, then turn off printer, then disconnect power cord from printer for a minute, then reconnect

, then wait a bit, then check printing.

Sorry. To confirm, on the printer's screen, you selected Setup -> Network settings -> Wi-Fi Setup -> Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then selected / connected to your wi-fi/wireless network name successfully. Is that correct?
