Hi ,

My name is***** am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

Follow these steps please.

1. Press the MENU button on your remote.

2. Use the navigational pad to select Network, and then click to enter the sub menu.

3. Use the navigation pad to select Network Settings.

4. Select the wireless network connection method, and the TV will automatically begin to search for wireless networks that are in range.

NOTE: If your SSID is not broadcast you can manually add your networks SSID by selecting Add Network.

5. Select your wireless networks SSID from the list, and then click to connect.

NOTE:If your network is password ***** you will need to enter your wireless networks password, when finished select Done and click to continue.

6. The TV will attempt to connect to your network.

• If successful OK will be highlighted, click to exit to the network menu.

That's a standard response. Of course I have done all of that. It didn't work.So then I get to the page where it says it hasn't worked. Then it tells me to turn the box on and off again or manually input the ip address of the router. I have tried those things too.

okay, does the wifi network name appear in the list of available networks on the Samsung?

I have just tried using my phone as a personal hotspot and that doesn't work, though it does with other devices. I think that my wireless on the Samsung TV is faulty, as the router worked when connected by ethernet

2016. I think it must be something wrong with the wireless on the tv if it isn't working with any device. I will call up Samsung. Thanks anyway.
