I have a DMR ES30V and the DVD refuses to open. Is there an easy solution?

Hi Customer,

The DMR ES30V, doesnt have a manual user eject facility unfortunately.

In most cases unplugging the unit for 5 minutes then plugging it back in, give it two minutes to settle down then press the eject button once, and wait a further minute or two should result in the disk tray ejecting.

Should this not work the next step is to strip it down and remove the lid, you cant force the tray out from the front as it has a locking mechanism.
