I have a Panasonic fz200 camera. The rear dial appears

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic fz200 camera. The rear dial appears problematic once in "m" (manual mode). Once pressed inwards the "ss" function is highlighted yellow and when turning the control wheel I can adjust the shutter speed however, when pressing the rear dial inwards again the button is not responding to select "f" and therefor unable to adjust the aperture. Where am I going wrong, is the wheel not functioning properly. Your advice please.

Hi there and welcome

Can you remove the battery please then hold the shutter button down for 60 seconds then release.

Wait 5 minutes, put the battery back in and try to turn it on.

Tell me please if it now starts and functions correctly

Thank you
