Hi there and welcome

Do you mean it does not see your wifi network? Or it gives an error when you try to connect to it?

Please let me know

Customer: replied 22 days ago.

Expert:  Richard replied 22 days ago.

What steps are you taking before it does this?

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
When trying to set up Smart hub SSID is asked for - when I giveFirst Utility's Network name Samsung TV will not recognise it
Expert:  Richard replied 22 days ago.

Ok, this is because the Network is not found, choose the option to select your network from the list instead

Let me know how you go please.

The Samsung TV does not provide a list - just asks for an alternative to be entered
