When trying to set up Smart hub SSID is asked for - when I giveFirst Utility's Network name Samsung TV will not recognise it

Ok, this is because the Network is not found, choose the option to select your network from the list instead

Presumably Technicolor Gateway is the name of First Utility's broadband supplier
