when I used to log in to sky email I clcked on sky e mail and tools but now I cannot seem o find the sky mail and tools

Terence I am not familiar with the Sky services, nor do I have access to the members area. Is Sky your internet provider? What are you trying to do within your mail? Why you trying to find the Tools? I might need to do a remote screen share session with you in order to help you find what you are looking for.

I am afraid I do not understand. Google is not an internet provider. Do you have a mail account through Sky? If so I would have to view the screen with you and try and help you find what you are looking for.

sorry I got it wrong its tternet explorer then type in sy email then when page opens go sky email and tools click on that then type in password

I understand it is hard to explain the problem you are having when you are not really familiar with computers. I would be of more help but I have no idea what this Sky Tools is that you are trying to access. Perhaps it is a UK specific service and someone else might be more familiar with it. I'm sorry about the issue. You can always go to the website http://www.sky.com to use your sky email. Please try this:

 

In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools option (or the wheel/gear icon) at the top, then click on Internet Options,

, then delete everything in the Home page box

, then type sky.com then click on Apply

, then close Internet Explorer, then re-open Internet Explorer,

, then click on Email option near the top right in order to use email.

 

If that does not work, please try:

 

 

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows and folders.
  2. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet if available; open Internet Options.
  4. In the Home page box, delete everything, then type sky.com then click on Apply.
  5. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  6. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  7. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  8. Then re-open Internet Explorer and check.
