I [email protected] I am receiving one or two emails a day from relatives but I am not - since last Friday - getting the dozen or so per day that I usually get from people trying to sell me something.

Virgin had an intermittent fault in my area last Friday. They say it is nothing to do with them now.

I ran system restore and they said it was one file causing a problem.

I am 82 years of age and not computer literate. PLEASE, PLEASE can you help me. I am virtually housebound and rely so much on my email contacts. Are you 'storing' up emails I have not received? Thank you. Myrna Shaw

I received two UPTS 'do not reply messages' about a parcel from USA waiting to be picked up from unknown address office. I deleted them as I was not expecting anything.


 


I am receiving messages from two relatives, nothing else.


I am on windows 7.
