Can I please ask what operating system you are using, and how do you access your email, is it via a program on your PC or an online one such as Googlemail or Hotmail etc?

The problem with this system is that I cannot read the email address you provide, that is a security measure.

Could you please type out the first name then after the @ symbol and finally the domain - like this...

it looks like you may have set up your username incorrectly on the PC, which is why you cannot access any emails

GL ITCS :

you will need to create a new user in Control Panel

if you select the CTRL key and W at the same time, you should get the settings option

Okay, will I try that now

then type in Control Panel in settings, making sure that Apps is selected on the right, if you need to get back to the desktop at all, try using CTRL + D

GL ITCS :

Once you are in Control Panel, select User Accounts and Family Safety

GL ITCS :

Click User accounts

GL ITCS :

Click Manage another account

GL ITCS :

Click Add a new user in PC settings

GL ITCS :

Then bottom right, Add a new user, and then go through the process of adding a new user with the correct spelling of your email address etc

GL ITCS :

Once the account has been set up, then restart the machine and log on with the correctly spelled user account and you should then be able to access your emails. Please advise me once you have done so, and please don't forget to rate me if this resolves your issue.
