Is your email address ending with @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, or others? (Please do not post the full email address, only the part with the @ sign)

Also, are you using an email program like MS Outlook 2007 or 2010 to access your emails?

Or are you using a web browser like Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari to access your emails?

Thank you for writing back with that information. Now, please tell me how you access your @hotmail.co.uk email. Is it using an email program like MS Outlook 2007/2010, Windows Live Mail or other email programs? Or are you using a web browser like Internet Explorer, the one with the blue 'e' icon?

Thank you for that confirmation. So are you saying that when you open Outlook, it loads normally and when you click on Inbox, the emails are shown, but when you click on any email, old emails or new unread emails, nothing happens?

Or is it that no emails are being shown when you click on Inbox?

all are shown cant open lt click but could delete using rt click

Please try to open Outlook in Safe Mode. Here are the steps:
  1. Close MS Outlook now
  2. After closing, click on Start => All Programs => Accessories => RUN. Another way to open the RUN box is to press the Windows logo key and hold it, then press R.
  3. In the RUN box, type:

    Outlook.exe /safe

  4. Note, there is a space between e and /
  5. Then click OK
  6. Here is screen shot:

  7. When Outlook is running in Safe Mode (you will see "Safe Mode" at the top of Outlook window, please test if your emails willopen this time.

Thank you for writing back. Were you able to follow the procedures I have you? You just need to open the RUN box, either by pressing the windows key button and hold it, then pressing R. Or by going to start button.
