I understand your having problems with your On Demand with your Skybox
First thing I would like to ask is have you power cycled your skybox
this is a TiVo box and yes we have power
Just to be sure this is a Tivo not a Skybox?
please do not do anything now one of you team called jane has rebooted it and it is now working

So them power cycling the Tivo box must have fixed it.
Have you tested it to make sure your not getting the same error
