I do not know how and one is yahoo which does not answer my problem when I ask and the other is gmail

2. Rebuild the computer
3. Set the other device back to factory default
but the first thing you have to do is contact the provider to see what they suggest
until you get their advice
there is nothing you can do
as the problems reside with them
