Can send and receive some emails but others are being bounced back to senders saying
I do not have a BTinternet account .... which I do.
It was suggested to me that I need to change my password XXXXX help needed here please

Briefly - responses to requests, invitations to lunch etc. booking an cycle ride with friends etc.

when your messages are bounced back to your friends, what do your friends see in the message?

Customer:

Presumably just that - i.e. this email cannot be delivered this person does not have a BT internet account (which I do!!)
