Hi,

Who's your email provider, e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.? Also, are you locked out of your account now, or are you able to sign in?

Okay. Let's do a secure remote session now, so that I can connect directly to your system, and assist you with the issue you are having.

You just need to open up the following session link now:
http://166.78.231.170:8040/?Session=02aea843-46a9-450b-b982-ebcb8ff95ec7

Please join the session, then download and OPEN/RUN the 'Elsinore Screen Connect' file when prompted - and I'll be connected. Thanks!

Regards

Hi, it looks like you are having some issues with connecting to the remote session, so let's use a different remote tool this time.

Please right-click on the following link now, then click 'Save Target As:':
http://tinyurl.com/azwl8gu

Save the file first, then open it up. You will be provided with an ID and password - please make a note of the same, and let me know.
