Yes, it would be better to start with the Mac as Remote Support is only supported on the computer, not the tablets.

Please go to www.join.me

 

Click Start Meeting

 

Click on the downloaded file, join.me.dmg and click run.

 

You will see 9 digits on top of your screen. i.e 123-456-789

 

Please reply with those 9 numbers here.
