My computer is NOT fixed! I still cannot send emails.

I am sorry, but am I going to get a bad rating everytime I ask you to do something? I cannot make up works for Email, Account and the like, it is what they are called, there are no other words for them.

Richard, I was an English Inspector. I understand about jargon. The main thing about jargon is that people who use it as their everyday language do not understand that those outside that group cannot access it.


 


It seems as though I am now half way to having installed something called Chrome but cannot take it further because I do not use the acceptable password and do not know anything about my email account.

sorry, but I deal all day with hundreds of people a day that do not use computers at all, and never have the issue with words such as "Account".

I don't think you rating me bad every step of the way on this is going to help, but you can choose to do this as you wish.

Back to the problem, you need to reset your password for your hotmail account. If you cannot remember your password, then you need to reset it to one that you do remember.
