I am receiving emails but a note has come up telling me I can't send messages
I'm using a Toshiba computer
I can't send messages
I.D. XXXXXXXXX /p>
What do you mean by the 'code'? If you mean I.D. it's
9 3 6 1 2 7 5 5 5
So, what do I do? To open the programme?
I've paid £28.00. Where are you? I'm waiting for your reply.
Richard, you must use language I can understand. What doyou mean, 'programme'? On what do I double click?
I.D. 9 3 6 1 2 7 5 5 5
What do you mean?
Is it fixed!?? If so, Richard, many thanks, XXXXX XXXXX sorry I'm hopeless with computers!!
Many thanks! Much appreciated.
My computer is NOT fixed! I still cannot send emails.
I have just written an email and again the statement has come up that there is a problem and I can't send it.
It's good! Many thanks. David
I cannot send messages. The facility returned for one day only and has gone off again.
I tried that but no joy.
I've lost the thing now. It wouldn't accept my normal email or password
Bad, Richard, because I asked you not to use jargon which I didn't understand and you carry on using it.
I have tried to 'install' Chrome but it won't accept my 'usual' email address or password- password I assume.
What I mean is I can't follow: in google Chrome log into your email account. I'm sorry. I don't understand this business and I don't know about my email 'account'.
Richard, I was an English Inspector. I understand about jargon. The main thing about jargon is that people who use it as their everyday language do not understand that those outside that group cannot access it.
It seems as though I am now half way to having installed something called Chrome but cannot take it further because I do not use the acceptable password and do not know anything about my email account.
What should I do?
