You could have clicked on a bad attachment or link in your email. Please try the following fix:- Go to your email account information/settings, then change your email password, then if there are security questions/answers for your email account, then change them also, and check all your other email account information, and make sure they are correct.
Also, make sure your antivirus/security program is working on your computer.
