Good evening, I am having trouble logging in to my email account.
I have had the address for over 5 years, but can no longer access it.
The address is "[email protected]"

Can you please help me to gain access to this address, as all my files and records are stored there, including car insurance details which I need to retrieve urgently.

I have what I think is an unusual situation. I can get email on my mobile phone, but yet aren't allowed to access emails on my laptop.
