Can you confirm which email service you are using? eg: Bt Internet?

And are you using it with Internet Explorer?

They are currently having an issue on their server that affects Internet Explorer.

To get around this, download (free) Google Chrome from my link below

www.google.com/chrome

Install and use this to log into your emails (it is an alternative to Internet Explorer)

You will be able to sign into your email within Google Chrome.
