When I log into my hotmail I keep getting "Outlook.com was

Resolved Question:

When I log into my hotmail I keep getting "Outlook.com was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report."

I've tried it from different computers / browsers and still the same.

I know that I am not receiving any e-mail as ones that i have sent to myself are not going through.

I recently logged in from my iPhone in a different country using the mail app, so am not sure if that has anything to do with it?

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean you are not able to use your hotmail email at any of these websites: http://outlook.com/ or http://hotmail.com/ or http://live.com/?

Can you please see if you are able to change your hotmail email password XXXXX the website https://account.live.com/? Also, there, check your security information also.

 

On the iPhone, don't connect it to Wi-Fi/wireless, then are you able to go to the hotmail.com website on the iPhone, and sign in your hotmail email address?

If possible, is any other hotmail email address able to be logged in at your home's Internet? Have you tried to see if you are able to log in your hotmail at another person's house, or at a public's Wi-Fi/wireless / internet, such as at a cafe, library, etc.?

If it comes down to your hotmail account issue (not internet/connection issue), then you can submit the issue at the hotmail forum:
