Outlook is the one used, and also BT e-mailing.
Th auto addresss shows when on a 'page' and I wish to send/contact somebody and the address automatically shows in the SENDER section.
When using the normal e-mail section [replying to incoming mail] the correct address is always shown. The auto sender address is for an address which was closed in 2013.
This happens when starting a blank e-mail on outlook and always come back in the FAILED MAIL NOTICE.
Normal e-mails issued on my bt.com [from the mail sector] show the correct address. It is when I use another source, as if the computer itself retains the data and will not allow any adjustment.
Account settings does not appear on my tools listings. What other title will they show as?
I still cannot trace Account settings in this dialogue.
Could it have a different name or even a different access?
I have been through all the items from A to Z in the drop-down section.
Would you care to have a look at the listing I have mentioned because I am sure it had a tick in the box. Which it no longer shows.
