Hi, I was told some weeks back that they were changing form BT/Yahoo to BT.COM and have no problems since, until yesterday. This is the first time I have any problem with the email. G.

I don't have a phone number sorry, I have been with them so long it has got lost over time


But have no other problems getting on line except opening my email.
