I am locked out of my Hotmail account for 2 days. i entered an incorrect password ***** times. My secure question does not work. It is urgent for me to be re-installed for me to contact relatives and complete travel arrangements. please help i am not too cleaver with the computer.

yes vista, have tried the form asking for confirmation of lst 4 digets of phone nu and security question but told programmed fault . Problem started ? Monday when I was told to enter password to get into account- normally saved. Mobile still seems to be working at moment.

Click on Download in the top right.

Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"

Click on Download and download and run the program.

It will give you an ID and a Password.

Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password in your next message to me here.

Do not close the program, but leave it open.

I can then connect to your computer.

You can just run it again, as it is already downloaded.
