I AM RUNNING MY COMPUTER ON MICROSOFT XP.
DUE TO A PROBLEM I HAVE HAD TO RE-INSTALLED MY OFFICE 2003 PROFESSIONAL EDITION WHICH I HAVE BEEN USING FOR MANY YEARS.
FOR MY SPREAD SHEETS I USE EXCEL.
I ENTER INTO THE SCRIPT COLOUR CHANGE ICON (1st TOP RIGHT OF EXCEL SCREEN)
IT COMES UP WITH ''AUTOMATIC" & SHOWS LIST OF COLOURS.
I PRESS COLOUR REQUIRED & GO BACK INTO MY DATA SHEET.
NO PROBLEM, THE SCRIPT COLOUR HAS CHANGE TO WHAT I REQUESTED.
I AM GETTING A PROBLEM WHEN I WANT TO COLOUR FILL A SEGMENT OF TEXT.
I GO INTO COLOUR FILL ICON ( 2nd TOP RIGHT OF EXCEL SCREEN)
IT COMES UP WITH "NO FILL" & SHOWS LIST OF COLOURS.
I PRESS FILL COLOUR REQUIRED & GO BACK INTO MY DATA SHEET NO CHANGE OF COLOUR?
I HAVE TAKEN MY COMPUTER + DISC TO SEVERAL COMPUTER OUTLETS FOR INVESTIGATION & CHECKING.
NOT ONE COULD ADVISE ME OF THE PROBLEM?
