Migrate to Outlook 2013 from Windows Live Mail

I have just decided to move from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2013.

I transferred emails and contacts from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2013 without a problem. I can send emails from Outlook with no problem. Outlook is set up as the default.

But incoming emails all go to Windows Live Mail.

Any suggestions?

But what happens is it wont come to Outlook but only to Live Mail

as windows live mail is off now, it won't be able to download the mail and delete it from server

Its a simple problem, it should be coming to outlook. If you permit me, I can fix it quickly via remote.

That's the issue. I don't know what step are you missing.

If windows live mail is not deleting your message from server, there is no chance of outlook not receiving it

When all your outlook tests pass

Then perhaps it isn't simple problem.

It may be. May be there is something wrong with outlook settings

They were exported from Live Mail automatically when I migrated. They are correct against the ones given to me by the ISP
