I have installed two btinternet addresses successfully. This

Resolved Question:

I have installed two btinternet addresses successfully. This involves (among other things) selecting "log on using username & password" in Outgoing Server tab. However following Shut Down and also following Restart, I find this has been deselected so I am unable to send emails. No other settings change. On reselecting, all works.
I also use Talktalk addresses without a problem.
