I am trying to send an e-mail with a document attachment and it keeps coming back as unable to deliver to an ntl w-mail account

Customer: The error message is too long to send you and I don't know how to do it it says Mail Server for NTL world in reachable for too long

What kind of document are you trying to attach?

And do you know how big the file size is by chance?

Customer: A 3 page Word document

Are you able to send emails to that email address without any attachments

Customer: Don't know haven't tried as it is the attachment I need to send. Have never had problems sending attachments to other e-mail accounts
