If the emails still exist on the server, you can simply add the email account again to Incredimail and re-download the emails.

If the emails do not exist on the server, you must run a file recovery application, recover the lost folder, and import the folder.

First you must find out if you can recover the following folders:

c:\Users\Your Logon Name(usually your name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM

You can use the application found at this page to scan and search for the deleted folder.
