Hello,
My name is Jason. I look forward to helping you today.

If the emails still exist on the server, you can simply add the email account again to Incredimail and re-download the emails.

If the emails do not exist on the server, you must run a file recovery application, recover the lost folder, and import the folder.

Do the emails still exist on the server?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I do not know wether they do or not and how do I find out not to good with computers, and where do I go for file recovery

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 2 years ago.

It is not a simple thing.

Log into your email server and check.

Who is your email provider?

no

In that case, you must do as I suggested. ( Recover files, restore them into Incredimail).

The whole task will probably take a few to several hours.

How do you wish to continue?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

which is the best way to continue please

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 2 years ago.

First you must find out if you can recover the following folders:

c:\Users\Your Logon Name(usually your name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM

You can use the application found at this page to scan and search for the deleted folder.
