I have had a problem signing in to my Hotmail.co.uk.account,

Resolved Question:

I have had a problem signing in to my Hotmail.co.uk.account, because I don't have an alternative e mail address I ask for them to send me the code they are asking me for by either text, or by phoning they do send me the code and its always 4 digits long when I put it in it asks for a five digit code. I have even tried to re-register a new email and it keeps going back to my existing account could you please help me.
