I HAVE USED HOTMAIL AS MY EMAIL AND THEY ARE NOW ASKING FOR A PASSWORD ***** WHEN I HAVE PRESSED THAT I HAVE FORGOTTEN IT THEY ASK FOR AN ACCOUNT NUMBER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO FIND EITHER OF THESE AS I CANNOT REMEMBER EVER HAVING THEM.

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and fix the issue if possible.
