Hi yes I have tried before, but got that returned to. I can Skype this person but not send emails.

Ok can you tell me what the returned message says?

Does it say addresss unknown? Are you able to email other people ok?

If the emails are being returned when you reply to the person. Then that means that the person has an issue with their email account. There account may have been hacked and someone is having their email directed to a non existent email account.

If you receive an email from them and reply but it gets returned the issue is 100% on their end.

Make sure you ask them if it is happening with others who try and email them.

Just first try sending them an email, if it get's returned make sure you are positive you have the address correct. If you are positive then they have a problem on their end.

Especially if they can send to you and when you reply it bounces they for sure have an issue on their end.

Ok if the email is not returned then wait and see if they reply. If they do it just means that you probably typed an incorrect email address the first time which is why it bounced back to you.
