I get up the team viwer screen with number but then a dialogue box tells me verification has failed. I have another lap top much newer with the same email problem should we move to the other lap top?

It looks like the previous expert you were working with has gone offline so I will pick up where he left off.

OK now usually it does take 4 hours or more for the new password ***** start working. Since this is not working for you and it sounds to me like you are doing everything correctly on your end the next step would be to contact Orange who manages this email account and see if there is an issue on their end.

Give a call to 011 33 9 69 36 39 00 and see if they will assist. If not next call 07953 966 250. If you still do not get help call 0800(###) ###-####

I think this issue will need to be sorted over the phone as even if I connect to your computer all I can do is go through the password ***** with you again which will reset the 4 hour waiting period.

I think the fastest route to getting it sorted straight away will be to call one of the numbers I have you above.

The problem is that fsmail can only be reset in the UK .the issue was sorted in two minutes with no cost. Not a good service,Ididn't know it was only in te UK but I think you should.Iam not pleased at all
