Hello my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you.

This is a problem that happens sometimes when accessing AOL through the firefox web browser.

Usually all you have to do is clear your firefox cache and cookies to fix this.

Here is how you can do this. Before continuing understand that clearing the firefox cache and cookies will cause your recently visited website history to be deleted and and you will need to log back into any websites you were logged into so make sure you know your passwords.

Here is how you do is.

Open firefox.

Hold down CTRL SHIFT and DEL keys on the keyboard at the same time.

A box will open.

At the top of the box change time range to clear to everything.

Next click details and put a check mark next to all of the boxes and click clear now.

This should fix the problem.

If you feel this is too difficult to repair on your own and would like me to connect to your computer to fix it for you please click the get extra help button. If you do not need extra help please rate my service positively to provide me with credit for my time. We can still continue the discussion after rating should we need to.

Thanks,
Chris
