Could you tell me, did you set up your business email, or did someone else configure it?
Both email addresses in question have been on my desktop for years. It was set up by Web site Designer.

Is it through Microsoft Outlook?
And that's working correctly at this time right?
And you are attempting to set it up on your phone using the mail app as well correct?
These addresses have been on my phone for years also, apple, gmail, hotmail and internet no problem. And when i switch off the wifi on my phone the business emails connect and download no problem!
I see, and is this the WIFI at your home?
yes, virgin media ISP and use apple extreme plus 2 x apple airport routers to cove the whole house.
And if you use WIFI at another location
does it work?

but suddenly now does not
