I can no longer receive or send my e-mail through aol after having a new mini ipad because my screen shattered. It had always worked in conjunction before perfectly.

My new mini I-pad will NOT allow me to access or send AOL e-mail, whereas it did before.

Go to the App Store and download the App AOL Mail

I do need some more help as the e-mails that have gone into my Outbox have not been sent. Why have they gone into the Outbox and how can I send them? It says that my SMTP is incorrect. I do not wish to change my e-mail address.

You need to set the SMTP as smtp.aol.com and the port as 25

I do not seem to have Outlook anymore. I did once have Outlook Express. What do you need instead.

ok, then in internet explorer you go to
http://mail.aol.com
sign in and thats where you send the emails.
You wont get that error in internet explorer, its not possible.

Go to Settings, Mail and press on your AOL account and press delete account.
then go to Settings, Mail and press Add account.
enter your AOL details and add it to the iPad which will correct the settings.
