Hello,
I have a question or two to ask before we can begin.

Who is your e-mail provider (Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc)?
-- When you type the full address on this site, it is blocked.
-- What comes after the @ sign?
Which program do you use to access your email (Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I suspect that it's AOL

The @sign is followed by 'talktalk.net'

I use Internet Explorer to access my email

Additionally, on logging in, my password ***** ***** recognised and I have to type it in on another page.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

My e-mail provider appears to be Webmail

The @sign is followed by talktalk.net

I use Internet Explorer to access my email

Thank you for the update, Michael.
May I start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?
When the remote begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.

Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?
Which Internet browser are you currently using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or something of the like)?
