Hello, my email adress is *****@******.*** I have been getting lots of messages to say my mailbox is full. I thought I had followed the instructions to rectify the problem, but clearly not. I am still able to sendand receive email via my desktop computor, but no longer from my smartphone or Kindle.
Can you help please. I have mistakenly logged out of my Kindle, and I thought I new my password, but it is not reinstating.
