My wife bought me a HP 15 Notebook PC in Luxembourg

Resolved Question:

My wife bought me a HP 15 Notebook PC in Luxembourg for my birthday with a "French" k/board. I have done the necessary changes to the keys but cannot find how to do the following:
access the @ key (for my emails) or the $ sign used in an accounts package as part of a password.

Do you see the @ on the number 2 key? And the $ on the number 4 key?

The @ is on the 0 key whilst the $ is on the £ key

Press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel
Then click Clock, Language and Region
Click Change Keyboards
Again click change keyboards
Click Add and select French
Then click on the other keyboards in the list US will be there) and click remove so Only French is there.
Click ok and close the windows and it will now be set correctly.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Can you please go to www.teamviewer.com
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
