A box appears asking me to put in my user and password ***** is already in the box; however I have complied but still no access

On the whole it works well although it has done this before. Does it need re-setting?

Barry,CLICK HEREFill out your information and follow the prompts to reset your password. After resetting your password, use the new password ***** prompted with the boxes. You will need to delete the old password ***** the box and enter the new one.
