Click 'I agree', then download the remote tool when prompted. An 'Elsinore Screen Connect' file will be downloaded by your browser (at the very bottom.)

Hi - no, we got disconnected from the remote session for some reason; your screen was showing up blank at my end. Let me provide you with the steps on this page for now.
First off, please press CTRL + ALT + DEL and click "Start Task Manager". In the Task Manager window, click on the "Processes" tab at the top.
In the list of processes, check carefully - do you see a "thunderbird.exe" process listed?
