Hi. I am struggling to find my apple password. My ID is Shazam12. Forgotten password ***** when went on help line was asked for DOB but it won't accept it. Completely at a loss as to where to turn to BUY something from iTunes. Help.

ok, go to that link please and follow the process there to reset your password.
Once done, then use this new password ***** sign onto your account.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. BT Yahoo mail. Nothing in spam folder

ok, it is strange as there is nothing wrong with the email system currently, but you are best then to call Barbara.
Call 0844(###) ###-####and you can then verify yourself on the phone and have the password ***** there.
