Unfortunately, I did a check with the email address you posted and it is not recognized by Google, which means you do not have a Google account yet.

You can check it yourself by going to:
https://accounts.google.com

Sign in using your email address that you want to check and see if you are prompted for a password ***** if Google will tell you that you do not have an account.

Since you do not have Google account, you can create one using your posted email address, or a brand new Gmail account.
