I have ordered a Microsoft product Order number *********** I am unable to complete the process. I am English and live in Spain and I want to make sure that I get the English language version but the payment details are in Spanish. On the 14th August I ordered a one year continued membership for $69
because I am no longer able to access the Microsoft files on my computer. When screen produced the payment section it was all in Spanish which I do not understand. I want to pay for the product but I need to ensure That I get the English version. can you help me?
I never got as far as processing the payment. As I explained it was all in Spanish which I do not understand. I was concerned that if I tried to process the payment I would receive the package in Spanish. I want it in English.
